SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

Our whole grain berry blends have a very long shelf life when stored in an airtight, cool, and pest/bug free container. They’ve found grain in ancient Egyptian tombs that has still sprouted!

We recommend using the fresh milled flour the same day you mill it to maximize nutritional benefits. However, fresh flour can be stored in an airtight container as follows:

At room temperature for 3 days
In the fridge for 7 days
In the freezer for 6 months
