WARRANTY

SHIPPING

Ankarsrum mixers and attachments are currently shipped directly from Ankarsrum upon order. They are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that there is always the chance of delay due to ocean freight / port issues or when a container is being delivered to the warehouse. This item is shipped directly from the Ankarsrum warehouse.

Due to this item shipping directly from the Ankarsrum warehouse, if there is a change in stock that prohibits your purchased item from being processed within 14 days we will contact you to determine next steps and timing.

RETURNS

Please email info@unsifted.com with the serial number and reason for return within 30 days of receipt. Unsifted will provide a required return administration (RA) number.

Please note that products damaged by abuse are not eligible for refund. Once you receive your RA number via email, repack the item with all original packaging, and include your RA number with the shipment. Items that are returned without the original picture box and packing materials, or are missing parts, or are damaged due to improper packaging are subject to a fee of up to 15% of the product cost plus the cost of replacing any parts missing from the packaging will be deducted from the credit of the product. We recommend that you return-ship by a traceable and insured method. The address for returns will be provided along with the RA number via email. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping, except when the product is defective or shipped in error.

FRESH FLOUR MAXIMIZES NUTRIENTS

Our diversified Unsifted Blends allow for an enhanced range of nutrients in every bite. Wheat berries alone have 40 of the 44 key essential nutrients for life. Isn't that amazing? However, fresh flour begins oxidizing as soon as it is cut or milled. Several of the precious nutrients begin to oxidize as soon as they are exposed to air. Fresh flour can lose up to 90% of its nutritional value after just three days. We recommend milling flour on an as-needed basis to maximize the nutritional benefit, rather than milling ahead. The baking process locks in the nutrients (vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, etc.), with minimal nutritional loss thereafter.

In addition, whole grains are made to survive – they are even designed to survive your digestive track (think of corn). The tough exterior (the bran) is like a shield for the precious seed. Milling breaks down that protective bran and maximizes the surface area of the grain, therefore maximizing the nutrients your body has access to. The good news, is milling is SO easy!
