Getting this kit, milling my own flour, and jumping into a baking lifestyle has really been a game changer. I didn't actually know how badly my digestive system needed this change. For years I thought my body could just not process pork. Turns out, I needed the essential digestive enzymes found in unsifted flour! I now feel so much lighter and healthier in my gut and have even lost some body fat as a result. I will never go back to eating processed flour from a store ever again!
