How a Preorder Works
- Payment: Payment is collected at the time of purchase. This secures your place in line, prioritizes your order, and guarantees you will receive a WonderMill once inventory becomes available.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your preorder, you’ll receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder just in case). We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to restock and provide updates as they are available for expected timing. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.
- Cancellations: Preorders may be canceled up until the order is staged for shipping. To cancel, email info@unsifted.com with your name, order number, and cancellation request. A $15 nonrefundable cancellation fee applies. This fee is collected by our website host (not Unsifted) and cannot be refunded. Once your order is canceled, the remaining purchase amount will be refunded, less the $15 fee. You will receive a separate email to process the refund. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to return to the original form of payment, depending on your provider.
