Oh my word! This is what we have been missing in our fresh-milled flour baking journey. The desserts are delicate and very tasty. It tastes like it's baked with white flour, but better. Very exciting. We will be reordering.

I made Unsifted’s chocolate chip cookie recipe using the dessert blend and they were fantastic! Everyone loved them, even my picky husband. The dessert blend was very easy to work with.
I like using this for cookies but anything else it is just too crumbly.
