Shipping Note: Recipe cards ship via USPS in a protective envelop and take 3-5 business days to be delivered once the order is processed. You will receive an e-mail notification when your cards have been mailed. Unless they are ordered at the same time as a Starter Kit, they are shipped separately to protect them from bending.

FRESH FLOUR MAXIMIZES NUTRIENTS

Our diversified Unsifted Blends allow for an enhanced range of nutrients in every bite. Wheat berries alone have 40 of the 44 key essential nutrients for life. Isn't that amazing? However, fresh flour begins oxidizing as soon as it is cut or milled. Several of the precious nutrients begin to oxidize as soon as they are exposed to air. Fresh flour can lose up to 90% of its nutritional value after just three days. We recommend milling flour on an as-needed basis to maximize the nutritional benefit, rather than milling ahead. The baking process locks in the nutrients (vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, etc.), with minimal nutritional loss thereafter.

In addition, whole grains are made to survive – they are even designed to survive your digestive track (think of corn). The tough exterior (the bran) is like a shield for the precious seed. Milling breaks down that protective bran and maximizes the surface area of the grain, therefore maximizing the nutrients your body has access to. The good news, is milling is SO easy!

Need to update your subscription? No problem!
You can make changes to your order at any time on your subscription dashboard once logged into your account. Simply log into your unsifted.com account on your desktop/laptop computer then look in the upper right hand corner to find the "My Subscription" button and manage your frequency, dates, products directly there. The dashboard currently is not working for mobile customers so email info@unsifted.com to request updates to your subscription if you do not have access to a desktop/laptop computer. I am in love with the beautiful recipe cards I purchased. I’ve been searching for more recipes for freshly milled baked goods and hit the jackpot on the Unsifted website I heard thru a podcast! These recipes are obviously created to be user friendly with the beginner in mind! I love how they put the grain measurements in instead of the flour so it takes the conversion guess work out! Thank you! Step by step instructions make the recipes easy to follow. And bonus…. They are also delicious! The brownies have been a huge hit for my boys! “The best they ever had” They don’t even last long enough to completely cool!
