Take the leap! I was nervous to jump into this, thinking it would be time consuming & high maintenance, like sourdough, but I scoured every resource Unsifted has on their website and social media, and decided to take the leap and it is way less maintenance! My family and friends I’ve baked for have been obsessed with the goodies I’ve made! It is so simple & easy, and you know that you’re feeding your family with bread that is not only the best tasting bread they’ve ever had (per my 5 year old),but also the best for their bodies too! It takes one simple extra step and one more minute of your time, but it is so worth it! I appreciate how detailed each recipe card is to follow, and they include every small step and many variations to try of the same recipe! I can’t wait to continue the journey & get my hands on more recipe cards! Truly life changing!
