I must first say that I was so lucky to receive my mill in just two short weeks. Jenny told me that this may be a record for the shortest amount of time. I have truly enjoyed the bread making process and knowing that I am making the most nutritious bread possible makes me want to continue making more real bread. I have been all over the board with making bread, muffins, rolls, english muffins, cakes and pizza dough. I have to say there is a learning curve, but we have eaten everything that I have made and it is delicious. I have pulled recipes from various resources and have even used an old family recipe for a banana cake and it passed the test! I love the Wondermill!!!!! - it works so much quicker than a cheaper mill I started with. I especially love the fact that it mills into its own storage container. Just the other day I gave away my first loaf and my friend couldn't say enough nice things about the bread. I am going to continue to practice making hawaiian rolls that I will have my grandchildren try. I am determined to find them special recipes that they will enjoy and I will feel so good giving them something so nutritious.

I pre-ordered the wondermill starter kit and have been very happy with it. Communication regarding shipping was clear and I received my kit promptly after it was in stock. I have made several recipes from the cards that were included and the results have been excellent. The recipes are precise, easy to follow, and give consistent, delicious results! We have enjoyed everything I have made, the chocolate chip cookies are a family favorite! I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to start milling grains.

Learning how to mill your own flour and bake with it can be a little intimidating when you scroll all the available information, but Unsifted made it so easy and convenient with the video tutorials for putting your mill together and using it, the amazing recipe cards, the BEST blends that are pesticide free, CLEAN (some grains have gross debris mixed in) and their website has a plethora of information. I’ve had questions along the way that they’ve been so gracious to answer. Everything I’ve made from their blends is absolutely delicious. My family is enjoying the bread so much. Highly recommend ordering from Unsifted. They’re amazing!

I wasn't sold at first, but after hearing Sarah's and Keira's stories and how these two have really done their homework and dug into the data and history of processed flour I decided to give it a try. Getting this kit, milling my own flour, and jumping into a baking lifestyle has really been a game changer. I didn't actually know how badly my digestive system needed this change.
