This flour is so delicious!! It’s so easy to bake with. The recipes they created are amazing! The women who run this business really thought of everything, i couldn’t have jumped into fresh flour baking a better way than this! The health benefits have been crazy! I didn’t realize how much inflammation I was carrying in my body, but my fingers and face are thinner by appearance, like I look better. No more bloating. I thought a food baby after eating was normal, well this flour showed me it’s not. My baby weight is gone and I even lost a little bit more than just baby weight. It really does provide energy and sustenance. I’m a sahm of a 3 and 1 year old and I feel properly fueled. Nourishment of a mother is super important and I feel great knowing I’m rebuilding my body after two babies and nourishing my breast milk as well. My husband notices way less bloating in himself as well, like considerable. And my babies have always had slightly sensitive skin, but their skin is so clear now. Also they are so satisfied. We all snack less. FMF is truly amazing. The peace of knowing flour was never meant to be a bad food, but actually life giving and that I’m feeding my family that, is priceless. I’ve made so many FMf recipes and we incorporate it every meal every day!!

Unsifted flour is so easy to use thanks to the recipe cards. The step by step instructions are easy to follow. Using this flour took my son’s warts away and cleared up my boys faces of acne as well. We will never go back. We never feel bloated and everything tastes delicious. It was the best decision we made for our family.

I am pretty sure that the starter pack is the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I love to bake and had been making my own sourdough (nearly exclusively). This completely changed my baking game. I have been baking with unsifted for 3 years. They make everything easy. Their recipes are full proof. Recipes are free on the website and I’ve chosen to buy most of their recipe cards for the convenience.

Here are some of my favorites: soft pretzels (we batch make these every two weeks and freeze), cinnamon rolls, Hawaiian rolls (my current favorite), chocolate cake (the best cake recipe I’ve ever made), tortillas (we freeze them and they are still gone in a few days), lofty sugar cookies, chocolate crinkle cookies, ginger snaps, chocolate chip cookies (add in a bag of heath bits for a real treat), and drop biscuits with blueberries.

After 20 years of being gluten free, fresh milling has changed my life! I can now have any baked goods as long as I mill it myself. (It’s not the gluten!) My body feels so good with all the nutrients and so satisfied! I love Unsifted’s dessert blend for making delicious treats.
